Nicole the girl who looks after our tenants love chatting with the tenants and keeping them happy as well as keeping them in line at all times. She loves a laugh and a bottle of wine or chocolates from the tenants. In her spare time Nicole enjoying soaking up the sun, a wine or few , socialising with friends and shopping.

With over 20 years in sales before bringing her vast people skills to property management, Verena is our maturing influence and brings a steady hand to the team. When not looking after our Townsville tenants, Verena can be found skydiving, snow skiing, scuba diving with Minke whales in the coral sea, patting tigers in Thailand, or playing golf.

Anita is our point person and the owners go to contact in the office. She leads the property management team and ensures all our owners sleep well knowing their property is in safe hands. A talented and valued member of the Coral Sea Team Anita spent 4 years honing her craft with LJ Hooker (sorry mister Hooker!), before leaving the corporate suits behind and joining the rebels at coral Sea. The photo is a giveaway but she seems to be enjoying her new freedom.

Anita, our “office bossy lady” is responsible for reception and all those other fabulous admin tasks. Her many years book keeping experience mean she is the perfect choice to administer all those nasty accounts and invoices and dot all the Is and cross all the t’s!. When she isn’t being the Coral Sea Admin ninja, Anita enjoys scrapbooking, cross stitch, reading a good book and spending time with her beautiful family. (I think secretly she loves extremes sports but is too embarrassed to say so)

Cam manages and organises all maintenance for our owners Townsville properties. He brings handyman skills that are hard to find in most men in the modern day, as well as some rugged good looks and a fine sense of humour. His wife assures us all he is a cracking individual. From a leaky tap to the garden tidy up and everything in between, Cam is THE MAN!

Stella is our super fantastic Marketing Guru or as we call it (Shebanagabang) She carries out all the hard work behind the scenes, in educating, attracting & retaining all of our new & current lanlords & tenants. This is Stella’s first role of this kind and she is thrilled to be marking her debut with Coral Sea. When she isn’t running around learning to be the best in the business or being the office comedy relief you can find her being a fitness fanatic, swimming with dolphins or performing on the stage.

Angelique is our rediculously efficient Business Developement Manager. She stands out on the front line & spreads to good word of Coral Sea and brings in all of our new owners. She comes to us with years of sales experience & in a past life she was a hairdresser, she also comes from the wonderful land of Holland. When she isn’t putting on more properties for Coral Sea you can find her sipping latte’s, travelling & spending time with her 2 beautiful children.
Chairman Meow
Office Cat/Chairman of the board.
The chairman took residence in our office after being rescued from an early demise at the RSPCA. His early life is a bit of a mystery but Meow seems to enjoy nothing more than a romp on someone’s desk while they are in the middle of a critical task or a swipe at an unsuspecting exposed ankle before settling back in front of his sunny window to survey the passers by.
