Coral Sea Disaster
On a lazy Sunday afternoon in March, Coral Sea owner, Simon Blake was faced with a major issue in his unit. The ensuite bathroom water pipe in the wall has burst, water leaked throughout the entire unit and has damaged the entire unit.
It cost Simon up to $30,000 in repairs to bring his unit back up to A-grade standard over a 5 month period where he was receiving no rent.
