When you first contact Coral Sea Property Services regarding selling your property, we’ll spend the time to speak with you, over the phone/video, or in person, to complete a needs analysis and understand exactly what your goals/expectations are regarding your property. Our written proposal discussed above provides a timeline and plan for exactly what the next few weeks will contain. After our proposal is accepted we meet with you and explain our agent appointment paperwork (Form 6), which is our authority to act as your agent.
